Welcome to the FDRS membership form page
Instructions

Click on Form button below
Fill form in
When form is filled in click on print (this may be a printer icon at top right hand side of page)
Select save to PDF or Microsoft print to PDF as the destination
Press save (or print if Microsoft print to PDF is selected)
Choose desired file name eg your name.pdf or callsign.pdf and the location it will be saved to. Press save
Locate saved file and send as an email attachment to treasurer@farnboroughradio.org.uk
If you are using an Apple device and the print button is not available. Click on form (below) and then on share (a square with an arrow pointing up) and select share to files. Open Files and locate the form. Fill in the applicable fields. When complete click on share and select email. Send the email to treasurer@farnboroughradio.org.uk
If you are unable to fill in the form online, print it out and bring it along to a club meeting,
